Previous review: I actually like their cupcakes more than the famous Sprinkles in Cali. Cupcakes are moist, frosting isn't gritty.

Thank you so much Gigi. The mini banana cream pie cupcakes were amazing. This was for my enlisted military promotion ceremony.
Literally glared at me, I have to ask if she'd like my phone number to look it up...she then said "Well what's your number?" After giving her my number, I stood there looking like an idiot for a second. She then goes "What flavor?" I asked for wedding cake but quickly changed my mind to red velvet. Now, I think I agitated her. She let out a loud sigh and grunted at me. Whispered something which I didn't catch, then basically threw my cupcake in the box and said happy bday. RUDE.
Saturday we called to order 2 cupcakes about 15 minutes to closing. Hannah was very friendly and accommodating. Due to traffic issue with the construction that night, we were later than expected. Hannah was willing to wait and was very sweet about all the trouble we were putting her through! You should be proud to have such a wonderful employee representing you guys! AND the cupcakes were delicious!
Giving them a 3 star because the ratio of frosting to cake is ridiculous. Looks cute and all, but that's about it. Service is always blah. You usually get a free cupcake on your birthday, I came in to order a few, mentioned the free birthday cupcake. She ignored it and still charged me for it. Mentioned it again "The birthday cupcake isn't included in the total right?" she said "You used your customer credit, so I charged you for it." Those customer credit I've earned from being frequent customer...Anyway I paid and left.
Moist and yummy, only thing is they give you a ton of icing!
Her: If it's not on your rewards card, you're not going to get one.
Updated review: Free cupcake on your birthday, but I wouldn't come back. Came in around 12:30 today for my free bday cupcake. The woman working gave me an attitude off the bat about it.
Wasn't impressed. I ordered a chocolate turtle cheesecake cupcake, when the women took it out of the display/cooler the icing fell off. I ate there and they supplied a small cup/bowl and plastic forks. I attempted to eat the cupcake with a fork, however it was over cooled, and was just bending the fork. While attempting to eat, I couldn't help but over hear the staff talking about their experiences with ouija boards (not something to talk about around customers), only because there was 2 other customers in the store and there isn't a radio or something to fill the quiet room. Over all it was kind of a awkward, and unpleasant experience. However the store seemed clean, organized, and the staff was nice which is why I'm rating it 3 stars other wise it would be 1.
