I have all my service done here on all of my bicycles and have been pleased with the consistent quality and professionalism of the shop and the employees. Rex, Clint, and Tim are a great team. They are always forthcoming with advice and recommendations and they have always treated me with enormous respect. They will continually have my business.
-they offer a 30 day check up on the bike which is essentially a free tune up to make sure everything is buttoned up nicely for you.
I was passing through town on a mountain biking trip and they got me in late in the day to install a cassette they had in stock so I could have my bike together for a ride in the morning. Thanks guys!
Very pleased with my experience here. My wife and I have decided to try keeping fit with cycling. And I intend to use my new bicycle for done commute. Tim was VERY helpful. He was not pushy, but was clear about answering each of our questions. We'll probably come back here for any cycling needs.

Stopped by The Bike Rack the other day as my girlfriend and I had been looking to start cycling together. I have an old mountain bike that's nice so we were looking strictly for her. We decided on a Trek 7.2 FX. The staff were great. They let her test ride all the bikes she wanted to out in the parking lot. They offered to call the warehouse and check to see if another color was in stock for her (she liked the red that was at the store anyway). While we were there, the staff member (I didn't get his name) that helped us the whole time looked out the window and saw my bike mounted to the back of my girlfriend's car. He noticed that the valve stems on the tires were crooked and offered to fill the tires for me. I didn't ask him to do that or even bring my bike inside. So, while buying from a local shop might be a bit more expensive than getting a used bike elsewhere there are some definite pros.
