Absolutely amazing and professional services! I was skeptical about it at first until I met the greatest Assistant manager! And when I got the tux, everything was just right and perfect no matter what size I was! I even had polite assistance placing and teaching me how to properly wear the tux and it's accessories! For my first time renting a suit, this has been the best experience I've ever had! Thank you so much!!
Went into the Flowood, MS store to get my step-son fitted for a tux, and the service there was awful. One of the clerk was busy with a fitting, the other one stood in there with her purse on her shoulder for 15 minutes, and did not offer us any help. Then another customer come in and she run right over to that customer and immediately went over to that customer. A few minutes later, another customer came in and she helped them. Still after about 25 minutes, I still had not been waited on, so we left along with another parent and their son. We went to Tuxedo Junction and had great service. I will never step foot in Men's Wearhouse in Flowood ever again. Poor customer service!
