They always have those hard to find batteries for older equipment
Terrible is the only word I can think of. I paid for a battery replacement for my iPhone 6. Not even a month later, the battery quit working and my phone wouldn't come on. I went in and the associate told me to come back the next day and they could replace it because they were out of 6 batteries and would be receiving a new shipment the next day. When I came in I was told the batteries were on back-order and I would have to wait. It's been a week and they still "don't have iPhone 6 batteries" and I can't even get a refund.
Customer service is excellent. I called and talked with a female associate and she was very courteous and helpful. She went beyond my expectations by calling another store to locate a battery for me.
The young man (Roger i think?)working on Sunday night was very helpful and helped install a new car battery minutes before closing without batting an eye. It was refreshing to have an employee just worry about customer needs and not about any preclosing duties. Will definitely return for return business!
They replaced my wife's car battery quickly with a better battery than the one from a previous auto store.

Great, friendly and prompt service. I stopped by because of a broken iPhone screen, and I needed it repaired two hours before a flight. The technician was friendly, and fixed my screen in 45 minutes. The repair was flawless. Cost was $117 with tax, but I was delighted. Very professional!! Would definitely use their service again.
