This UPS has been fantastic. There customer service is great, they can print off shipping labels, package, and above everything else they are very affordable!

I had the store package a $650 guitar that I was getting ready to sell on eBay. When the buyer got the guitar, the neck was broken in half.. when I saw the box I knew why. It was filled half-way with packaging leaving my guitar free to flop and slam around inside. The owner basically told me to go F myself and spit globs of black tobacco the whole time we talked. Lousy packing service. Had to sell my guitar for $100 broken. If you want it done right you have to cut the box open and inspect it before you leave because they do not care about your stuff unless it's being actually mailed through UPS. The post office is better in every way.
