UPDATED: Bought a dryer online for a family member. It was delivered and didn't work. Family member tried to call to get it fixed under the warranty. They didn't come to look at it but told them that a part was needed. After two weeks, they finally replaced the dryer. It still didn't work, so we told LOWE'S to take it back and refund the money. 19 days after the dryer was returned, I still haven't had the money refunded to my card. Called yesterday and was told they would look into it and call back in 30 minutes. We had to call back the next day. The refund was $100 under what I paid for the dryer so back on the phone with them again. Good luck to anyone that uses this store.
It's ok. Nothing fancy. Some associates care more than others, which is not unusual. Never had any major problems though.
I want to give a shout out to the gentleman in the bathroom update department...ANTHONY!! You're the man. After the person that was suppose to show up for our appointment on a bathroom makeover, didn't show. Anthony took the wheel. He answered all of our questions, helped us pick out colors and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent job sir. (Flowood store) You are definitely an asset to this store. Thank you.
Lowes is the best compared to that other home improvment chain. Staff much more helpful and friendly. Always have what I need.
