I love the people at Specialized Physical Therapy. The ladies out front were so easy to work with on getting me in at a time that worked with my scheduled. And the therapists were great. I highly recommend you give them a try.
This is where you'll find a luxurious, comfortable medical setting, and an incredibly competent and caring staff. I've seen a lot of medical professional facilities, but never one like this. From the meditative music that's never too loud, or the aromatherapy that is so subtle, to the impeccably clean restrooms, everything seems perfect. The front desk is the smoothest running I've ever seen. All the paperwork is taken care of promptly and accurately. Complex insurance filings are handled with ease. The therapists are all highly motivated, compassionate professionals and always up to date with the latest specialized techniques and knowledge. They are always coming up with new ideas for treatment that doctors haven't considered. And I've never felt rushed or hurried. This is the ONLY place to go if you need the services they provide. Last minute appointments can be hard to get, but they often make individual arrangements for special cases. Just call and ask for Katy. If it can be done, she'll make it happen.
I have been a client for many years, and have always found the therapists to be professional and very knowledgeable of the needs of each patient.. The office staff is very friendly and are always willing to work with me on any scheduling requests or problems that may arise. I would recommend Specialized PT to anyone desiring quality care!
Wonderful!! Great, friendly and helpful staff with expert therapist. I would and have recommend to anyone. I drive from Vicksburg and it's well worth my time. Can't imagine any clinic that offers the level of care that Specialized Physical Therapy does.
I have been to other physical therapy businesses in the past. But after coming to Specialized Physical I will never go anywhere else but here. All the staff make you feel like family and treat you even better. The name is perfect, it's specialized for one person at a time. They make recovery so much easier.
