I went in for simple refills to medications I have been prescribed for years, the female doctor who I saw at the time treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I told her that I was low on my klonopin and I needed a refill, and that I had been prescribed more than what I was using. She told me that she "personally" did not prescribe that medication because she thinks it shouldn't be taken for daily medication. reminder: me and my mother have taken this medication for over 3 years now and have been just fine. I began to cry and started apologizing for my outburst, and she and the student (who I felt uncomfortable being there) could not have acted more awkward and like they had better things to do. I even told the student guy that I felt like they weren't giving me much information and I felt that they were being very vague, and he took offense to this (while I'm still sobbing) and got an attitude with me. I showed her my medicine bottle which said take 1 as needed TWICE daily. she read the bottle wrong and looked at me like I was a liar. This was by far the WORST visit I have ever experienced and I will not be visiting again, and if you need a place to feel comfortable talking about depression, anxiety, or anything related, I highly recommend you don't go here. Not professional at all.
