Super friendly customer service. Process is easy and quick to rent a storage. And very helpful.
I spoke with the Central Call Center to get information about possible units. I was told I was receiving a 15% promotional rate and given the monthly rate of particular units. The person I spoke with was extremely polite and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the facility I was then told I would need to pay a $12.00 per mo insurance fee because I did not have my homeowners declaration page with me. I live over two hours away. This was never mentioned in either of 2 phone calls. I was also unexpectedly charged a one time $24.00 administrative fee. When I asked what it was for I was told it was to pay for them putting my info into the computer. The monthly rate was the same as quoted, but I was told it was actually a 10% discount. I am pleased with the facility, the cleanliness, the security, the personnel. I am not pleased that I was not told about the extra costs prior to making my decision to use CubeSmart.
Sandy made our move easy and stress-free. Very military friendly and made everything where we could handle it through email.

My experience at CubeSmart Self Storage in Flowood, MS has been amazing. Ms. Sandy has always been so helpful, courteous and ready to answer any questions I may have. I have always been really big on customer service. So I tend to notice when others are majoring on taking care of the needs of those they have been given the responsibility to serve and Ms. Sandy does just that. She goes above and beyond her call to just be nice. The staff makes each visit pleasant if assistance is needed and the cleanliness of the overall area makes it easy to refer others there. Great job to the staff on customer service at the Flowood, MS location.
