FRUSTRATED with this place! Wrong dates, wrong meds, constant visits to pick up corrected product, our dog on wellness plan and every damn month they miss something.

I asked for name and number of their regional mgr no one has it and the local manager is naturally out until after first of year.

If u truly care about ur pet do NOT take them to this sorry excuse for a hospital. Vet was more concerned with her autoimmune disorder that we get bimonthly to monthly checkups for than the issue at hand. She had swollen of neck, mouth, and foot. She kept saying it was due to her autoimmune. Had vet bothered to actually look at her foot or listen to me she wld have came to conclusion the animal hospital on treetops came to which was snake bite. Took the animal hospital 15mins to discover the hole on bottom of her foot and begin treatment. They actually listen and care about what the issue is. Had I listened to banfield vet she wld be dead. Not to mention I'm a nurse and she talked to me like I was a idiot the entire time and was the rudest vet I have met by far.
