LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Greeted 4/8/17 with "We have new chemicals!" Noticed new setup in drive-through wash, also. My new '17 CR-V (30k asset, bought in Feb) had dried milky white wax spotting (staining) all over the lower half of the vehicle's body on each side, including the dark plastic cladding and door paint. To make matters worse, I asked to run back through the wash -without wax- a couple hours later after I'd noticed it & showed the Mngr, and the "nice" manager refused, further depositing even more wax in these areas! Incomprehensible I know. I wish I could post pictures and then you would understand how badly it looks. I had just sold a medium colored, 2000 model Lexus SUV for a few thousand, as I tried to care of it. I researched and called and looked. Yes, wax on dark vehicle surfaces is a common problem, but especially on darker plastic cladding. This is poor customer service at the least, and NEGLIGENCE at worst, because you know I was just clueless that wax would spot/stain like this. Note that the car wash wax was heavily deposited on sides, but not the front or back cladding/bumpers, of my vehicle, for what that's worth. I spent two hours just working on one side of vehicle to get majority of spots to disappear. Will see if they show up again after following Honda's and dealership's advice. I called another large, U.S. car wash chain (closest one is now in Atlanta?) and they said 'we don't use wax - we use a clear polish that protects your paint AND your plastic.' They said they offered 2-3 coating levels depending on the gloss desired. I just bet it costs MORE than the stuff they're INDISCRIMINATELY spraying at Mister in order to make a bigger buck. I realize a lot of people don't, obviously, care, but I think it's poor customer service, if not negligence on their part, and unless people EXPLAIN that they would like the protective finish with the better wash but can't handle the wax staining their darker vehicles, nothing will change. Yes, I've requested a full refund (I had bought the full monthly-deal wash) for the nasty looking job done to my vehicle, and the time and effort I've spent in trying to REPAIR my new SUV. I bought the CORDED Shark vac 13 yrs ago and clean the inside of my vehicle myself because it's so easy and quick. Battery 20v Black & Decker just okay... calling a mobile washer next.

Free vacuums! Got the Explorer nice and clean on the first time through.

Fairly priced and got my car clean!!

Cold day, but no hands on pre wash and Tire and we'll wash was underwhelming for the $20 Platinum package.

best car wash ever
