Completely incompetent. Disregarded simple instruction from my wife for the INSIDE of our car to be DETAILED. Returning on her lunch for pickup, they have WAXED the car....huh?? How did that happen?? Never asked for a wax and when confronted about it, they insisted that my wife was a liar. "She got what she paid for"...So, the manager rushes out to make good on the detail, gets my wife to stay through her lunch, only to do nothing but vacuum the carpet. Nothing was rubbed down and nothing was clean. Crums, dirt, and coffee remnants all over the place...in plain sight! He did say "let us clean it real quick". I wish there was a way to rate a 0 star. Red Arrow does not deserve the one. Stay away. Run. Let your 5 year old do it.
Plus they have a popcorn machine, which I think is cool.
Slow. Poor attention to detail. Pricey for the service provided.
Cheap, fast, friendly oil change and car wash
All in all, the $40 and some change for a job very well done vs $60 for the bare minimum is great. Love this place, and I highly doubt I'll ever go to any other place to get my oil changed or my car washed.
Experience with this place is always perfect. I live right next to Grey Daniels and It would be so much easier to just drive there and have my oil changed, but Red arrow will change your oil, air filter, ACTUALLY detail your car (compared to the half-assed job most other places do), give you a complete summary of what they have done and what needs to be done and even includes what they couldn't do just so you know what's going on with your car. The people here are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Not too long of a wait.
