I've been shopping at Kohl's for years and NEVER had a bad experience. Yesterday, the streak came to an end. We were at the Flowood, MS location between 1:00 - 2:00, and the cashier, Angie, was extremely rude! Even after my mom and I insinuated that she had been rude, she never bothered to apologize or even acknowledge her attitude. If I was rating based only on customer service yesterday, I would've given it a 1, but I know Kohl's normally does a much better job in choosing employees, so I gave it a 3. One can only hope that Ms. Angie's attitude with her customers is remedied in a timely manner! Other than that, I love shopping at Kohl's!
