This is a wonderful target!! The employees here are very nice, the store is very clean and well organized, and the prices are reasonable. They have recycling here which is amazing and their parking lot is always clean and tidy.
The order was placed on line, the shipment was piece-mealed( I did not like that at all ). Because of that the messages regarding pickup were construed. I did not wish to make multiple trips to pick this order up. When I thought the message I received stated my full order was there. I went to pick it up, only to be told they didn't have a message to give me put a partial order. I took the partial order, because the person helping me wanted to argue. I came home and got on the chat line with Vail, very helpful and friendly and professional and straightened up this mess. I have never ordered from Target on line before, this was a nightmare, don't know if I will ever do this again. The person on the chat line deserves 5stars, the rest. ..the online order and the courtesy desk help at the store gets 1 star.
Cleanliness was an issue. Everywhere I looked merchandise was on the floor. The men’s bathroom needed attention. Not what I expected from theFlowood Target.
It is very difficult to move around inside the clothing sections. The racks are on unlocked rollers that a pushed so close to each other that you are unable to turn or move while pushing a buggy, stroller or handicap cart. They could really use some help making their clothing department as accessible as their toys, baby and beauty. Other than that I love this Target, and shop here when in the neighborhood.
