RUDE And unprofessional!!!! We saw a sign on the outside that said walk ins welcome. We get in, were ignored. When we went to leave, she asked what we wanted. Then told us they were not taking anyone else new. It was 4 hours till they closed. Will never go back.

Made an appointment for 10am. I checked in and my hair stylist never showed up. One person checked on but didn't tell me why it was taking so long. After 35 minutes, I left.
