That said, it was the most uncomfortable drive-thru moment I'd ever had and because of it, I probably will not go back. Ain't nobody got time for that. In fact, a man came over the intercom at the same time she did the second time she asked about the cheese. Was that James? Who knows, either way I just spent $10, can someone say THANKS?
Good service, good food, clean environment. Inside is a little chilly so bring a light weight jacket if you tend to be cold. My children love the milk shakes.
My meal was so good, but I stopped eating when I looked down and saw pink, undercooked meat as my next bite. No thanks.
So, what made her mad? That I didn't accept the "cheese" offer? That I repeatedly said no? That I questioned whether or not the classic came with cheese?
I took my construction crew here on Thanksgiving Day for lunch. Staff was great. Food was good. Manager was excellent. Thanks for being open.
Great! Veggie burger is really good. Best one I've had in a while. The seasoned fries are amazing. Boyfriend wishes the burgers were bigger but I think they are the perfect size! Thank you for including veg options! We will be back!
Drive-Thru Trama. The cashier was a girl, but my receipt shows a man named James. I just drove through and left feeling awful! I frequent this BYB often. Today, going through the drive-thru I ordered my norm, a classic combo with a root beer. The order taker asks, "do you want cheese?" I said, no, just the classic. Order taker repeats with some sort of attitude "so, you don't want cheese?" Again, I answered, no--does the classic come with cheese? (Genuinely thinking I accidentally ordered something that came with cheese--and since she'd already asked and I said no, I was like..(?) Then, the order taker with a LOT more attitude and down right nasty says, "WELL--do you want the lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard?" By this time I was JUST about ready to say cancel the order and leave, but didn't. I said, "Yes, the classic combo just THE WAY IT COMES. (I mean, does she not know? I mean, we have a board that clearly tells us what it comes with--right? Surely I would have said, HOLD the whatever, if that was what I wanted...THEN she basically YELLS--WAFFLE or seasoned fries? I said waffle and drove around. SO--I get to the window and she's clearly pissed. Slamming the window, and reopening it, snarls my total costs, takes for ever to give me my change, and by that time decided to not ask if I needed anything else, thanks or anything. She basically throws my change at me. I sat there waiting for her to get finish taking the next order to ask for (A PACKET) of ketchup. She smashed about 6 packets into my hand.
