I had a HORRIBLE experience! I came here with my sister and niece and everything was fine until I was eating my French fries and there was a HAIR in them. I took it to the counter and asked for my money back. I handed the fries to a cashier and when the manager got it from them she told me it wasn't in there! They had already removed the hair! The audacity of those people! It was a long hair not even a small one! I am so appalled at the horrible customer service and lack of concern to fix the problem. Not to mention the fact that all employees behind the counter were staring at me and whispering. I am in customer service and have been for almost TWENTY years and this was AWFUL customer service!
Poor management, smartass employees, bad equipment, and terrible morale.

Good Wendy's location in Dogwood. Food is almost always fresh.
EDIT: This place must have new management because the quality of work and customer service is amazing now. Everybody was really nice and didn't have to wait long at all for my food. Nice to see the place doing good.
How do you run out of sweet tea at 7pm when you're open until 12am? Lettuce on my salad was hot and chicken was cold... very unimpressed
