The food & chef was great,no complaints there. However, not even half way through my table's meal,our waitress was handing out to go boxes along with our bill. This made me feel rushed. Waitress was polite & on spot other than rushing us out. All at the table were only half way into our meal. This aspect diminished my dining out expierence. For this reason I only gave 3 stars.
Good food but they had one person waiting on tables and one person making sushi so it took a while. If they wanna keep from going downhill they also need to stop hiring gang members with guages tattoos and lip piercings.

Funky atmosphere, but still relaxed. Good service, excellent food. Several chefs seem to really enjoy their jobs! Very entertaining! The sushi is delicious. I recommend the Lonely Angel Roll.
I hasten to give it one star. This blatent display of inconsiderate customer service has yielded my excitment for the ever delicious, ever anticipated Mississippi roll. My mom and I had been head over heels about this experience for sometime. So, with our hearts and eyes open wide, waiting for our to-go order, we were giddy when the waitress brought it out. My mom, with much zeal, described the sauce covering the magical rolls and how we shld ask for a bit on the side to get the full effect. Waitress one goes into beast mode and asked my mother to repeat herself three times. Finally, she drops the eel sauce in the bag. Looking in the bag, there, we find no napkins. This same hurried employee, (visually annoyed) throws two micro-napkins in our bag with 16 pieces of sushi rolls with extra sauce. I wanted to cry, scream, curse her manager... experiencing the disrespect and having to temper my excitement to digest what just happened took so much. It could have been worse, but those couple moments of ill-will robbed me of precious mother/daughter time. I can only hope that the other Ichiban, around the way, can restore the lost experience. #giveadamn
