He was starring at me with red eyes and shaking like he was ready to fight. In my experience, kids can not run a restaurant. Logans should really reconsider this fellows position.
Awful service. In the beginning we were trying to make the best of things but when I noticed the table next to us who had arrived after us had received their food and was eating, we started to ask questions and the everything went downhill. My family of 6 cost a lot of money to feed. We sat and watched each other eat as our plates came out 1 at a time. Steaks cooked wrong and never did receive the sides that came with our steaks. And for the big finale, when I ask the manager where my credit card was, he threw the little black book at me and said, “It’s in there, like every other restaurant in America.”
Met my wife here this evening for what I thought would be a great dinner. When I arrived she informed me that she had been waiting for 23 minutes after being seated and not one waitress stopped. This isn't the 1st time and has happened at all the Jackson area Logan's.
Came here for lunch, got the 8.99 me and my girlfriend. Fast service fast food and it was all good. Will be back.
Worst experience ever!!!
I just had the most rude experience at this location. The restaurant barely had 5 customers in it, but our waiter took his time bringing us EVERYTHING. He was just wallking and talking to other employees like he did not have tables to wait on. He never checked on us without us first requesting/searching for him. It was ridiculous! Even when we tried to pay he went to sit down in the back of the restaurant to have a conversation with two other employees before he checked us out. If this is the type of experience I have to look forward to ar Logan's I will not be returning.
Each item on my plate needed to be re-heated. Shouldn't your dinner come out to you hot or at least warm? Well, it was horrible. The steak was cooked correctly and it was hot. The steamed broccoli was cold, the baked potato was room temperature and the butter on top would not melt. My child's fries were cold and so was her corn. I asked for the manager and he acted as if that was normal and he just rewarmed our food. Please do not waste your money or time coming to this location in Flowood, MS.
