This apartment complex is lovely. They recently remodeled with wood floors in all rooms except the bedrooms and closets and it looks amazing. My fiance and I moved here due to a job transfer and did not know the area well. We wanted a safe place to live because we were expecting a little bundle of joy in the coming months. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this place! If you are looking for upscale apartment living, this is the place to be! The staff was wonderful and if I ever had anything go wrong, maintenance had it fixed quickly. The amenities are great and they have a concierge garbage service, which is great for the elderly or those who work a lot. Having a garage is wonderful especially when the weather is bad and while you have a baby on board. Carlton Park is the most private complex I have ever lived at and its a wonderful little community. Luxury living at its finest!

Beautiful Property!! The manager is so helpful and caring about her property and goes above and beyond to help her residents. You feel very safe and the garages are such a great amenity. You are close to everything in Flowood, for shopping, dining, and much more.
