DO NOT GO! UNSAFE AND DISGUSTING!! If I could, I'd give it negative stars. First ofall, our visit today was unsafe. They had one attendant for the entire trampoline park. This is far below the safety guidelines. It's over 100 degree heat index, and the thermostat was set to 85, and it was over 90 inside. A small child over heated and threw up. The mom cleaned it up as best as she could after telling the attendants. For at least 20 minutes, no one checked on them while they cleaned the child up and left nor cleaned up the rest of the vomit. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! IT IS DANGEROUS, DISGUSTING, AND EXTREMELY POORLY RUN!!
I’m trying to ask information before I bring my children and they instantly answers the phone with a party safari please and before getting the whole word hold out they just clicks over in your face and never come back to the phone... answering phone calls are a must makes me not even want to bring my children...
We had my son's birthday party at Party Safari this past week and it was awesome! We did the xflight trampoline park party. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice except for one young man that works there. The only negative thing about it was how rude he was, but Kayleigh apologized for his behavior and was super sweet. Lindsey was also very sweet and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a fun and great party! Food was good too!
This place is horrible. First off I booked a $300 party for my son. When we get there it's chaos in the front. They had one young girl trying to handle all the people who were coming in for parties. Clearly she couldn't handle it! It was very unorganized. I know we lost at least 30 minutes of party time with that foolishness. Secondly, the package I purchased came with $5.00 play cards. I handed all the cards out to the kids (15) and they ran off to go jump and play, come to find out none of the cards had been loaded with money. Instead of them just giving me new cards with the money on them, the man told me to go get all the cards from the kids and bring them back to the front! I'm like what?! Ok. So I had to go find all kids TWO times! To get the cards and give to the new cards. Oh and you pay all this money and you can't even access the party to room to put your personal belongings up until the last 30-45 of your party time. Lastly, the service at the little concession area in the front was horrible. This teenager is cleaning tables while he has a line at the counter. He's looking at us standing there and he still continues to clean, like how hard is it to say "I will be right with you". I'm all for a clean location but you don't continue to clean when you have a line at the counter. I kept my cool because my son really wanted to have his party there and the kids enjoyed themselves but as a parent I will never book a party with them again. The service is not worth the money! It is very unorganized, it seemed to be a lack of caring, too many teenagers running things that they shouldn't be running, seems to be all about the money. It was just plain out terrible service and I wasn't the only one complaining. It was going on all around me. We went on 4/1/17.
This is literally party central for kids! Great for birthdays or just taking the kids out for a good time. Staff are extra cautious with the kids insuring safely and the adults usually have just as much Fun! Will be coming back
