Not very helpful staff. Had to hunt forever to find someone who would admit to being responsible for questions about specific area, then did not get satisfactory answers.
All the staff checked in on me and one sweet lady helped my 5yr old try on shoes! Thank you so much for your assistance and patience!!
Very helpful and friendly salespeople, but have trouble a lot of times with products being sold out... A bit more than their competition. We still like to go here first when shopping.
If u buy online expecting to pick up in store the same day, you will be highly disappointed. 2 hour fulfillment is not a real thing as advertised on the website. Items aren't pulled and processed until the next morning.
They need to get plus sizes in gear and exercise clothing. Prices are higher than others.
