Well it’s 5:19 pm on dec 12th 2017 the store is already closed
The first time I went in and bought a pair of work boots and everything went great. I was seen promptly and got what I needed.
My friend Rick went there today. He had a coupon he was going to use for another pair of boots but they informed him that he was 3 minutes late, the coupon expired at noon. He held his tongue at the store but I can't help but relate this story to the public. Nice work Red Wings!,
Good very helpful employees
I went in there again today and it was unfortunately a complete 180. It took over ten minutes for the salesman to acknowledge my presence. They were also out of my size in the shoe I needed. I'm an 11.5 wide and was looking for steel toe Oxfords or slip-ons, so it's not like I had some crazy size in some crazy shoe.
Friendly, but they didn't have the shoe I wanted in stock and didn't see enthusiastic about ordering it for me.
If this were some cut rate discount shoe store I could let some of this slide. Res Wing, however, charges top dollar for their shoes. They really need to up their game.
The only explanation he offered up was they were discontinuing that model and there would be a new one out soon. Gee thanks- that does me a world of good today.
Red Wing makes great shoes, but this store unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired.
