I hate shopping for shoes. However the two times.... so far.... that I've been to DSW in Flowood MS are the two best experiences in a shoe store for this area. No one else I know of in the Jackson metropolitan area can compare. I get a greeting when I walk into the store, even though the person greeting me is at a cash register 50 feet away. The shoes and shoe boxes are very neatly organized, even in the clearance racks! And the cashiers and other workers seem very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my shopping experience.
Amazing shoes! This is the place to go for dress shoes that are affordable but look expensive. The sneakers are mostly strange with gaudy color combos, though.
I think I'll just quit going to any other shoe store in the Jackson area.
