No one ever answers the phone. They have no customer service. Each time you rent and/or return no one is ever at the desk. They have no problem solving skills. They just made all kind of erroroneous billing mishaps. I have been overcharged and double charged. This was not get an experience and I have been renting from them for a long time, but this has been quite an experience. I will not rent from them no more.
Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this location. Brittany the "manager" is a piece of work. On her phone constantly. Lacks any sense of personality or service skills. Our car smelled like pot and wasn't clean. It was filthy. Then we drive 3 miles down the road and the tire light came on and was going flat. She told me we needed to take the car somewhere else. When we asked where she said "that way" and pointed. Hahahaha! Made some calls to "Anthony" and he got us another car. Why even have a satellite location if you don't hire competent people to work them?
