Fast, friendly service, but the car I was given was not in very good condition. It had lots of dings and scrapes on the outside (duly noted by the representative), and the interior needed shampooing. The oil change was well overdue according to the sticker in the window; and there was a bumping sound underneath as though something loose was blowing in the wind hitting the bottom of the car when traveling on the highway, which I brought to the attention of the representative at the location where I returned the car. This was a different location than where I had originally rented the car. It appeared this particular car was just being rented and returned as fast as it could be gotten in and out, with no attention to care and maintenance, which may be fine for some patrons.
The associates at the Flowood, Ms location are very professional and great to work with. Very consistent!
If u get lucky they will have a vehicle for you. I have been in 3 different times and they were always booked up. Employees were always very nice and well mannered, just sucks they never had a vehicle.
No complaints with the rentals, they run great, they look great, but don't expect great service, when I've used these guys they always say the cars ready but when I get there they make me wait wile they wash it, vacum it, and then take forever with the paperwork
The Enterprise in Flowood was wonderful. I needed to extend my rental, and when I called, it was effortless. When I returned my car, it was super busy, but someone was still able to drive me to the airport without making me feel like an inconvenience. Great customer service!
