Okay I originally gave them 5 stars until just now the Hertz lady called me and told me today is my last day for my rental. I said I returned the car back yesterday evening after 6 pm. The business was closed. I spoke w a worker repeatedly on yesterday about returning the car. He said just the car in front and told me where to place the keys and what I did. Female worker told me that the car was not there and I started to panic. Then I started to describe the business building and she said well we've moved I said to where...cause where I picked the vehicle up from is where I dropped the vehicle off at. No one ever informed me that the business moved after I had picked up a rental. GREAT COMMUNICATION!
Easy to find,but the service is ok. Tried to drop a car and a lady just worked on her paperwork for 20 minutes until she acknowledged we were standing there.
Best rental experiencd I've ever had. Their customer service is 2nd to none and prices are competitive! Only place I rent from.
Professional staff and great rental choices.
First of all, the Hertz 800 call center booked me here because they supposedly had 3 row SUVs and could pick me up. The guy comes to pick me up in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, a 2 row SUV. No big deal I thought. Once they have me at their location, an employee gets in the Jeep and leaves. They tell me that they only have 1 car available, a Ford Fiesta. And to top it all off... They won't even you use the restroom. They say they have no public restroom. Your paying customers are not the general public. If for some reason you have to do business with them, the Audiologist office next door may be kind enough to let you use the restroom.
