For what it's worth: Markie took my call inquiry and she was a great help (attention hotel management!)! Needed a place to stay for the night that had an indoor pool (check!) and allowed a dog (darn, No). But, she took the time to ask others of other area options and even provided alternative solutions. Even though we're not staying there, I thought this worthy of mention!
We choose to stay in this particular hotel solely because of the heated pool. Upon checking in we were told we couldn't use the pool since they had a cheer leader group staying there that was using it ? I did not realize you could withhold use of the hotel facilities solely for one group ? The morning of checking out from our 2 days stay the hotel manager Vic contacted me. He ask that I stop by the lobby to speak with him before leaving. He offerrd his most sincere appologize. Apparently there had been a misunderstanding with the hotel night clerk. It was so nice to see that management was so in tuned with thier customers and costomer service.
Great location. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great water pressure in shower.
Good proximity to dining options and shopping. Traffic light at the entrance is really convenient for coming and going.
Our family had a great time here. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. If we needed fresh towels or a late checkout the staff made it happen
