Mr. Kenny was so helpful in helping us find our mattress. I have fibromyalgia and it has helped so much. I will not go to any other store but the Dogwood Store. Will not use any other salesman but Kenny Kendrick. Go see him. He will do you right!!
I wish I could give this store negative stars. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience there. I have been to this same store twice and both times felt very disrespected by the staff. It is completely uncalled for. Everyone should be treated with respect and simple courtesy. I will not be stepping foot back in this store. There are several similar stores in the area so please save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.
Top notch service. Kenny was great. Went to many other mattress stores in the area but mattress firm is the only store that really wanted my business.
